Mobile App Login with PIN Authentication
Overview
The login and authentication process for both the Admin and Member app now utilizes a PIN, enhancing security, streamlining the login process, improving the user experience, and minimizing the likelihood of forgotten credentials.
Steps to Set Up PIN:
- Download the Wakandi App on your mobile device.
- Choose your country.
- Enter your registered mobile number on Wakandi CAMS.
- Tap “Send OTP.”
- Input the 6-digit code sent to your mobile number.
- Log in again and create a PIN for future logins.
Steps To Reset Pin
1.Click on the Wakandi app, then click on Forgot PIN.
2. Click Login with Phone or Email, depending on the one that you usually use to login with. Click on Send OTP. The OTP will be sent to your phone or email, depending on the one you selected.
3. Enter the OTP sent.
4. After that, you will be required to reset the PIN, enter the PIN, confirm the PIN, and then click on Reset PIN.
5. After that you will be required to enter the new PIN and then click Login.
