PIN RESET ON THE WAKANDI APP
Steps To Reset Pin
- Click on the Wakandi app, then click on Forgot PIN.
- Click Login with Phone or Email, depending on the one that you usually use to login with.
- Click on Send OTP. The OTP will be sent to your phone or email, depending on the one you selected.
- Enter the OTP sent.
- After that, you will be required to reset the PIN, enter the PIN, confirm the PIN, and then click on Reset PIN.
- After that you will be required to enter the new PIN and then click Login.
Following the above steps you will be able to reset your pin and login successfuly.
