Zero Expected Amount For Savings In Group Bulk Trasactions
We’ve updated the Group Bulk Transactions module (via the Collection Sheet) to improve usability and accuracy when handling savings deposits.
Key Update:
- Savings Products Now Preload with Zero Amounts:
When posting group transactions through the Collection Sheet, the system will now preload the expected amount as 0 for all savings products regardless of the minimum transaction amount configured at the product level.
Why This Matters:
- 🧘 Simplifies data entry for bulk transactions
- 🚫 Prevents confusion or unintentional pre-filled values
- ✅ Allows tellers or officers to manually input the actual saving amounts being collected
