Common pitfalls & FAQ
What does the role do? The role controls what each admin can see and do. Give a new admin the role that matches their job, no more.
How do I remove an admin? You do not need to delete them. Open their row and set the Status to inactive. They can no longer sign in, and their record stays for your records.
Can I change someone's role later? Yes. Click their row, pick a new Role, and save. The change takes effect the next time they sign in.
The email address is already in use. Each admin needs a unique email. If you see this, the person may already have an account. Check the list first.
Where do I reset a password? Open the admin's row to update their access. Ask the person to sign out and back in after any access change.
