Dial 38425611#, then reply with your SACCO's number (for example 5) and send.
Your SACCO menu opens with four choices. Reply with the number for the one you need:

1. Saving — pay money into your savings and manage your savings account.
2. Shares — view and manage your shares.
3. Loan — apply for a loan, repay a loan, or check your loan balance.
4. Create / Reset PIN — set your USSD PIN the first time, or reset it if you've forgotten it.

After you pick an option, follow the prompts on screen — for example, enter an amount or your PIN, then confirm.

Note: If you've never used USSD here before, choose 4. Create / Reset PIN first to set your PIN — you'll need it for the other options.

It asks for a PIN I don't have. Set one with 4. Create / Reset PIN, then try again.
"This session has expired." The menu timed out. Dial 38425611# again and reply without long pauses.
I picked the wrong option. There's no "back" in USSD — let it finish, or dial again and start over.
