Prerequisites

  • Your CAMS sign-in, with permission to use Messages.
  • Enough balance in your Wakandi Business Account (WBA) — the Recharge screen shows your WBA balance and the cost before you buy.

Step-by-step

  1. Sign in to CAMS.
  2. In the left menu, click Messages. You will see the Message Service, with your current SMS Credits shown at the top.
  3. Click Recharge at the top right of the Message Service.
  4. In Credit, enter how many SMS credits to buy. Add a short Description if you like. The screen shows your WBA Balance and the Total Cost, so you can check before paying.

The Recharge Credits screen — enter the number of credits; it shows your WBA balance and the total cost, and Buy Credits confirms the purchase.

  1. Click Buy Credits to confirm. Your SMS Credits balance goes up by the amount you bought.
Note: The cost is taken from your Wakandi Business Account. If Buy Credits is greyed out, enter a credit amount first.

Common pitfalls & FAQ

  • Buy Credits is greyed out. Enter a number in the Credit field first — the button stays disabled until then.
  • I do not have enough balance. Top up your Wakandi Business Account first; the Recharge screen shows your WBA balance and the total cost before you pay.
  • My SMS balance did not change. Re-open Messages and check the SMS Credits figure at the top — it updates once the purchase completes.
  • Where do I see what I have sent? The Logs tab on the Messages screen lists every message and the credits it used.
