Step-by-step

1. Sign in and tap your group. You'll see your dashboard.
2. Under Shares, tap See Details. Your share account opens.

1. Read your share details: Product Name, Account Number, Total Share (how many shares you hold), Total / Reserved / Available Balance, and Status.

Note: Shares are different from savings — they're your stake in the SACCO. The balance shows their value in your currency.

Common pitfalls & FAQ

• What's the difference between shares and savings? Savings is money you can pay in and take out; shares are your ownership stake in the SACCO. They show on separate cards.
• My share count looks small. Share values depend on your SACCO's share price. Ask the SACCO if the number looks wrong.
• Can I withdraw shares here? Not from this screen — it's a view. Talk to your SACCO about selling or transferring shares.
