See and repay your loans

Version 1 · Updated 17 Jun 2026

Summary

Check your loans and repay them in the member app.

About 2 minutes · 4 steps. Also called: my loans, loan balance, repay loan, loan statement, pay loan.

Prerequisites

Step-by-step

  1. Sign in and tap your group. You'll see your dashboard.
  2. Under My Loans, tap See Details. Your loans open.

The My Loans screen: each loan card shows the amount, outstanding balance, dates and status, with a Pay Now button to repay

  1. Use the tabs — All, Pending, Rejected — to find a loan, and read its card: loan amount, total outstanding, start and due dates, and status (for example, over due or disbursed).
  2. To repay, tap Pay Now on that loan and follow the prompt to complete the payment.
Note: An outstanding amount shows as DR — that's what you still owe on the loan.

Common pitfalls & FAQ

  • Which loan do I pay? Each card is one loan. Check the loan number, amount, and due date, then tap Pay Now on the right one.
  • I can't find a loan. Switch tabs — a loan awaiting a decision sits under Pending, not All.
  • What does "over due" mean? The due date has passed and the loan isn't fully repaid. Pay it to avoid extra charges.
  • I paid but the balance didn't change. Give it a few minutes and refresh. If it's still wrong, contact your SACCO with the date and amount.
