Summary

Check your savings balance and account details in the member app.

Prerequisites

• You're signed in. If you're not sure how, see How to sign in to the member app.

Step-by-step

1. Sign in and tap your group. You'll see your dashboard.
2. Under My Contributions, tap See Details. Your savings account opens.

1. Read your savings details: Product Name, Account Number, Total Balance, Reserved Balance, Available Balance, and Status.

Note: Available Balance is what you can take out now — it's your Total Balance minus any Reserved amount the SACCO is holding. To pay money in, see the Contribute to your savings guide.

Common pitfalls & FAQ

• Why is Available Balance less than Total Balance? Some money is reserved — for example, held against a loan — so you can't withdraw all of it.
• I have more than one savings account. Each shows as its own card. Use the search box at the top to find one by name.
• My latest deposit isn't showing. Give it a few minutes and refresh. If it's still missing, contact your SACCO.
