Common pitfalls & FAQ
Which report shows late loans? Use the Loan Arrears Report to list loans behind on payment. Use a Loan Aging Report to group them by how many days overdue.
What is the difference between Active Loan Report and All Loan Report? The Active Loan Report shows only running loans. The All Loan Report shows every loan, including closed and written off ones.
What does Portfolio At Risk mean? It is the share of your loan book that has overdue payments. The Portfolio Risk Report gives the detail and the Summarized Portfolio At Risk Report gives the totals.
My report is empty. Check the date range and branch filters first. A narrow date range or the wrong branch will leave the report blank.
Can I open this in Excel? Yes. Click Export and choose Excel or CSV. PDF is best for printing and sharing a fixed copy.
