Course Overview
This course is designed to equip credit group administrators with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively access, navigate, and use the Wakandi Messages Module. It focuses on enabling seamless communication with group members through efficient SMS management.

• Purchase and manage SMS credits efficiently
• Create and manage audience segments for targeted communication
• Design and save reusable SMS templates
• Send bulk SMS messages to group members with ease
• Identify and troubleshoot common causes of failed SMS delivery
