Course Overview

This course focuses on the management of requests in Wakandi CAMS and highlights the critical responsibilities of a teller. Participants will learn how to effectively initiate various approval requests, including fund allotment, reconciliation, till top-up, and teller pick-up.
Additionally, the course will cover the management of cash tills and ensuring accuracy in financial operations before closing the day. The aim is to enhance the teller’s efficiency and accuracy in managing customer accounts and transactions, thereby improving overall operational effectiveness.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

  1. Initiate Requests for Approvals within the CAMS system, including fund allotment, reconciliation, till-top-up, and teller-pick-up requests.
  2. Managing Till, including cash and account balances, to ensure sufficient funds are available for customer transactions.
