How to see a member's closed accounts

Summary

See a member's closed accounts — a fixed deposit that has matured, a loan that was settled — which the Accounts tab hides until you ask for them.

About 2 minutes · 5 steps. Also called: show closed accounts, matured fixed deposit missing, closed loan not showing, show all accounts.

Prerequisites

  • Your CAMS Admin sign-in.
  • The member or group whose accounts you want to look at. How to find a member shows the search.

Step-by-step

  1. Sign in to CAMS Admin. New to it? Start with How to sign in and navigate CAMS Admin.

  2. In the left menu, click Client, find the member and click their row. Their profile opens.

  3. Click the Accounts tab on the profile. The groups load and list the member's active accounts only, so a matured fixed deposit or a settled loan is not here. That is the normal view, not a fault.

  4. Find Show All at the top of the tab, above the account groups, and switch it on. The lists reload.

  5. Read the groups again. They now list the closed accounts alongside the active ones: fixed deposits that have reached maturity, savings and loans that were closed, written off or rejected, and loan applications in every status instead of only the ones still waiting for a decision. Switch Show All off to go back to the active-only list.

Note: Show All starts off again the next time you open the profile. It is a way to look, not a setting you save.

Note: Deleted records never appear, with the switch on or off. Show All adds accounts that were closed, not records that were removed.

Common pitfalls & FAQ

  • I turned it on and the account still isn't there. Check you are on the right member first: the profile header names them and shows their Member Id. If the account was deleted rather than closed, no setting on this tab will show it.
  • Does this change what the member sees in their app or by USSD? No. It only changes what this tab lists for you, while you are on it.
  • The member's statement still shows nothing for the matured deposit. The statement is a different screen and this switch does not reach it. Use the Accounts tab to confirm the account exists and its status, then run the statement for the period you need.
  • I can't find the switch. It arrived with the release of 15 September 2026. If your CAMS has not been updated yet, the Accounts tab lists active accounts only.
  • Does it work for a group? Yes. A group record has the same Accounts tab and the same Show All switch.
