Member Exit or Deactivation

The Delete functionality has been replaced with Exit/Deactivate, providing a more controlled approach to managing records without permanent deletion. This update enhances flexibility and data retention options. This feature is on the membership policy as indicated below “Deactivate or Exit Allow”

If a member approaches the office requesting to exit the Sacco or if the officials would like to deactivate a member, below are the steps.

  • Search for client you would wish to exit or deactivate
  • Click on the EXIT button on the right-hand side
  • Click on Yes to confirm

NB: This ensures the Sacco maintains the member records on the system.
