SMS Purchasing
Overview
SMS Purchasing feature enables admins to buy SMS credits or bundles within the system. These credits are used to send bulk or individual messages to a target audience. Users or admins can purchase SMS credits based on their needs in prepaid packages. Once purchased, the credits are deducted from the WBA account with each message sent, based on factors like message length, recipient count, or destination.
Steps to Purchase SMS:
- On the Admin panel, click on the Messages button to access the SMS system menu.
- Select Recharge: From the menu, choose the Recharge option to begin the purchase process.
- Enter SMS Details: Once the recharge page is open:
- Type the amount of SMS credits you want to purchase.
- (Optional) Write a description if needed for record-keeping or notes.
- Review Costs: The total cost for the selected SMS credits will be displayed, along with your total WBA Balance below it.
- Confirm Purchase: Click on Buy Credits to proceed with the transaction. SMS Credits are bought from the WBA balance.
- Success Notification: You will receive confirmation that your SMS credits have been successfully purchased.
