Fees Payment Flexibility in Instalments
Fees vary from one financial institution to another. They range from Registration fees, management fees, Insurance fees etc. Some fee amounts could be high for a member to make lumpsum payment. This feature allows members to pay the fees in manageable fees overtime.
Once a member logs in their member app, below are the steps to follow
- Click on Pay now under pending fees
- Select partial payment and enter the amount desired.
- For Kenya customers select Coop and Uganda select Airtel.
- Click on accept button then ok.
- Wait for an STK push and key in your Mpesa or Airtel PIN
