Overview

The enhancement to Auto Debit functionality, now enables the separate payment of registration and subscription fees through Auto Debit. This update streamlines the payment process, making it more convenient for members while ensuring timely fee collection for financial institutions.

Key Changes

Enhanced Auto Debit Capabilities:

  • Current Features: Previously, auto debit was utilized for paying member charges (manually added), loan repayments, and saving recurrences.
  • New Feature: The latest implementation allows for the separate payment of registration and subscription fees using the Auto Debit system.

Membership Policy Configuration:

  • New Options: Two new checkboxes have been added to the membership policy settings, enabling Auto Debit for registration and subscription fees.
  • User Control: Administrators can now easily manage whether these fees are included in the auto-debit process by selecting the corresponding checkboxes.
