With this new feature, users will now only be able to view reports that align with their specific roles and assigned branches. This enhancement is designed to bolster data security, reinforce accountability, and deliver a more streamlined, personalized user experience.
Whether you’re a branch manager, accountant, or admin, your dashboard will now reflect only the information that’s relevant to you — nothing more, nothing less.
How to Add or Remove Report Permissions
Managing access is simple:
- Go to “Settings” in CAMs.
- Navigate to the “Roles” section.
- Based on the role assigned to each user, the admin can grant or revoke access to specific reports.
- Simply click and select which reports the role should have access to — Transactions, Loans, Savings, or Shares.
