How do I configure an existing loan?
As an admin, you can change a loan product, but it needs approval from the board before it becomes effective.
1. Log in to the Wakandi Admin Panel.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Policies from the dropdown list..
4. ..from the menu bar click on Credit product policy.
5. Click on the row on the policy you want to change.
6. Change the settings according to your needs, and click Submit.
7. The credit policy needs to be approved by the Board of Directors before it is effective.
