How to Enable Template on the Credit Product Policy

Steps on how to enable sms template on CPP

1. Log in to the Wakandi Admin Panel.

2. Go to Settings on the left-hand side and click on policies.

3. At the top click on Credi Product Policy.

4. Upon clicking on Credit Product Policy, all the loan products available will appear.

5. Edit the CPP that you want to enable the template for as shown.

6. When you click on edit scroll down to where it is writen settings you will be required to set the following:
Before Due Date Notification Days
Number of Grace Period Before Moving Into Arrear
Over Due Date Notification Days

After filling in the above details submit and make sure the CPP is approved by all the board members.
