ledger accounts return to Transfer disbursement, and a WBA access fix
Planned for: 1 October 2026
Plans can change between now and release day. Anything below can move to a later build.
Summary
Fourteen items are planned, four of them already done. The MSP09 and MSP10 MFI reports are back on the reporting list, the AMFIU report's account-category mapping is complete, and a duplicate SACCO entry on the USSD menu is fixed, at an institution in Kenya. Turning off a user's Wakandi Business Account (WBA) access will take effect right away, and GL ledger accounts will return as a credit option on Transfer-mode loan disbursement, at an institution in Kenya.
Already done
- The MSP09 and MSP10 MFI reports are unhidden and available again from CAMS reporting.
- The AMFIU report's account-category mapping is complete, so its figures line up correctly with the chart of accounts.
- A duplicate SACCO entry on the USSD menu is fixed, at an institution in Kenya.
Coming soon
- Turning off a user's Wakandi Business Account access will take effect right away: the user will no longer be able to view the WBA balance, view online transactions, or reprocess a Need Attention transaction, at an institution in Kenya.
- GL ledger accounts will return as a credit option on Transfer-mode loan disbursement, alongside member savings accounts, at an institution in Kenya.
- A fixed deposit maturity job error that can leave a matured account stuck without its scheduled interest applied will be fixed.
- A group's Accounts tab will get a direct button to start a new loan application.
- Online M-Pesa loan repayments will again carry the provider's receipt number as their External Id.
- The new Member Disclosure Report will download correctly in Excel instead of failing to open.
- Date filters across CAMS will stop offering future dates that can never have data.
- Bulk teller transaction processing gets further fixes against duplicate posting.
