Summary

A quick loan that will show as disbursed on the confirmation page while a member's wallet was never credited will be fixed, at an institution in Uganda. Bulk teller transactions will be restricted from adding the same member more than once, and the Accounts tab will gain a toggle to show closed fixed deposit and loan accounts alongside active ones.
