In this step, we set up your account by configuring loan products, policies and adding your officials to the system.
At this stage, your Wakandi Business Account (WBA) is funded, enabling you to start processing transactions. This is a crucial step to ensure smooth operations once the system is fully activated.
In this step, we capture key data including member information, product balances, and accounting details. This ensures that your SACCO’s vital records are correctly set up in the system for seamless operations.
We provide comprehensive training for your team, ensuring they are fully equipped to use Wakandi’s system. This includes guidance for loan officers, tellers, and cashiers to operate effectively and maximize the benefits of the CAMS platform.
At this stage, we agree on a final sign-off date, marking the official completion of the onboarding process. This confirms that your SACCO is ready to begin using the Wakandi system for daily operations.
In this step, we activate your SACCO’s users and collaborate with you to set goals for user engagement. Together, we plan strategies such as campaigns, materials, incentives, and meetings to ensure active participation and maximize user involvement in the system.

We work together with you, give you detailed guides and materials, set up leaderboards or challenges for clients, and inform and remind members about the system’s benefit. Everythng in tight cooperation with you of corse.
We do regular Check-Ins and share progress, offer ongoing support and training sessions. Continuously track and update officials on their progress.
