SMS and Email Alerts for Group Transactions
You can now receive SMS and Email Alerts for group deposit transactions! For every deposit made to a group’s savings account via the Teller, notifications will be sent to the Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer, provided their contact details are available.
Procedure for Making Deposits via Teller:
- Navigate to the Transactions menu.
- Select Savings, then choose Deposit.
- Select the group’s savings account.
- Fill in the necessary details.
- Enter the amount to be deposited and click Submit.
Once the deposit is made, a receipt will be generated, and an alert will be sent to the designated officials.

- Receipt Details:
- Receipts include the depositor’s name, ensuring complete transparency.
This feature enhances accountability, transparency, and communication within groups, streamlining operations for group savings management.
