SMS and Email Alerts for Group Transactions

You can now receive SMS and Email Alerts for group deposit transactions! For every deposit made to a group’s savings account via the Teller, notifications will be sent to the Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer, provided their contact details are available.

Procedure for Making Deposits via Teller:

  1. Navigate to the Transactions menu.
  2. Select Savings, then choose Deposit.
  3. Select the group’s savings account.
  4. Fill in the necessary details.
  5. Enter the amount to be deposited and click Submit.

Once the deposit is made, a receipt will be generated, and an alert will be sent to the designated officials.

How It Works:

  1. Transactional Alerts:
    • Notifications are sent via SMS and email to ensure key group officials stay informed in real time.
  2. Receipt Details:
    • Receipts include the depositor’s name, ensuring complete transparency.

This feature enhances accountability, transparency, and communication within groups, streamlining operations for group savings management.
