Admin Unblocking Made Easy

This feature allows for unblocking of Admin users —ensuring smooth access, recovery and uninterrupted system management. Say goodbye to lockouts and hello to better control.

Steps on how to unblock an admin:

  1. Click on settings on your left hand side.
  2. Under settings click on administrators.
  3. Search for the admin that is blocked and click on the pen icon to edit.


4. After clicking on the pen icon under User Details, you will see the Unblock button only if the admin is currently blocked. If the admin is not blocked, the Unblock button will not be displayed.

5. Click on unblock then you will be asked to comfirm.
6. Confirm by clicking on yes after that the admin would have been unblocked successfully.

Following the above steps you would have unblocked an admin successfully.
