The system now includes the total loan balance along with the due amount when members check their loans via USSD—ensuring accurate and complete information every time.

Steps To check loan balance via ussd

  1. Dial the USSD code
    Kenya *789*103# 
    Tanzania *149*46*19# 
    Uganda *185*7*3*3# 
  2. Select your sacco.
  3. Select loan option 3.
  4. Select balance option 1.
  5. Select the loan you want to check balance on that is because you can have more than one loan.
  6. Loan balance will deplay the due balance and total balance.
