  • The member portal is being replaced with a new responsive web app, mirroring the mobile app's experience with SACCO selection, quick actions and offers.
  • A member applying for a loan on the mobile app will be able to choose and fill in their guarantor's information directly in the application.
  • Transferring a member between groups will no longer lose track of them when a policy changes.
