Summary

Eleven items are planned, all still in progress. A quick loan will be fixed where it showed as disbursed on the confirmation page while a member's wallet was never credited, at an institution in Uganda, a Ledger Statement will be fixed where it shows no entries instead of an account's opening balance, at an institution in Kenya, and an online loan repayment made through mobile money that showed as failed although the payment was collected will be fixed, also at an institution in Uganda. Also planned: safeguards against duplicate National IDs and duplicate phone numbers, a restriction on bulk teller transactions, an Accounts tab toggle for closed accounts, and a run of smaller import and reporting improvements.

Coming soon

  • A quick loan that shows as disbursed on the confirmation page while a member's wallet is never credited will be fixed. At an institution in Uganda.
  • A Ledger Statement showing no entries for a ledger with a prior-year balance but no postings in the current year, instead of its opening balance, will be fixed. At an institution in Kenya.
  • An online loan repayment made through mobile money that showed as failed, although the payment was collected, will be fixed. At an institution in Uganda.
  • Bulk teller transactions will be restricted from adding the same member more than once.
  • The Accounts tab will gain a toggle to show closed fixed deposit and loan accounts alongside active ones.
  • Members will be prevented from sharing the same National ID.
  • A member's phone number will be prevented from being updated to one already used by another member.
  • A ledger category added in one branch will become visible for that same ledger in every other branch.
  • Bulk import and teller transactions will move to a single fee deduction per batch instead of one per row.
  • The import wizard for members, accounts and transactions will gain a set of improvements.
  • The V2 Teller bulk transaction Transaction Details section will be resized to match the standard teller layout.
