tax rates in CAMS, and a run of reporting fixes

Planned for: 22 September 2026

Plans can change between now and release day. Anything below can move to a later build.

Summary

Ten items are planned. CAMS will gain support for tax rates, so fees and member charges can carry a configured tax that is split out and tracked separately from the fee itself, and date column filters across every CAMS report will be fixed after they returned a blank report instead of the filtered data.
