CAMS recovers a stuck transaction on its own

Planned for: 22 October 2026

Plans can change between now and release day. Anything below can move to a later build.

Summary

CAMS will be able to re-check and recover a transaction stuck in Initiate status on its own, instead of needing a manual check when a payment provider's final confirmation never arrives, and Admin Security gains extended access controls, alongside a run of smaller fixes.

Coming soon

  • A transaction stuck in Initiate status, because a payment provider's final confirmation never reached CAMS, will be recovered automatically.
  • Admin Security gains extended access controls, covering user access status and a PIN-protected approval step for security-sensitive changes.
  • A service provider's configuration will be validated against its actual purpose, and an automatic sync can no longer silently overwrite a manually updated configuration.
  • Closed and written-off loans will no longer appear in the loan outstanding report.
  • An online withdrawal confirmation code sent to a member's old phone number after a number change is corrected.
  • A newly imported member will be able to log into the mobile app right away, instead of seeing a "User does not exist" error.
