a demo-mode data cleanup tool, and branch-filtered approval requests
Planned for: 15 October 2026
Plans can change between now and release day. Anything below can move to a later build.
Summary
Five items are planned. A SACCO running in demo mode will be able to wipe its demo transactional data while keeping its client, product and setup configuration, ready to go live on the same tenant, and the Active Requests page will filter approval requests by branch, alongside a run of smaller fixes.
Coming soon
- A SACCO running in demo mode will be able to wipe its demo transactional data while keeping its client, product and setup configuration, so it can go live on the same tenant without redoing setup. A confirmation dialog will show exactly what is cleaned and what is kept before it proceeds.
- The Active Requests page will filter approval requests by branch, so an approver no longer sees, and cannot try to approve, a request from a different branch.
- Cash and bank account settings move into the Accounting ledger setup instead of being configured separately, removing duplicate configuration and the mismatches it could cause.
- Teller withdrawals will be blocked when the receiving bank or mobile money balance is zero, instead of letting that balance go negative.
- A loan statement download error affecting some loan products is being fixed.
