Prerequisites

  • A USSD PIN. See Set or reset your USSD PIN.

Common pitfalls & FAQ

  • QuickLoan isn't on my menu. Not every SACCO offers it. Ask yours whether it is switched on for you and whether your membership is active.
  • It won't let me borrow more. The cap is what your SACCO has worked out for you. The offer on screen is the maximum.
  • I'm not eligible. Eligibility grows with your savings, share capital and repayment record. Keep saving and repaying on time, and ask your SACCO what is missing.
  • Did it go through? Keep the confirmation message. If none arrives, contact your SACCO and ask about your application before trying again.
