Step-by-step

1. Dial your network's code. Your registered number acts as your sign-in.

2. Reply with your SACCO's number (for example 5) and send. The menu opens with four choices.

3. 1. Saving — check your balance, contribute, or withdraw money.

4. 2. Shares — see what your shares are worth, or buy more.

5. 3. Loan — see what you still owe, repay in full or in part, or apply for a new loan.

6. 4. Create / Reset PIN — set or replace your PIN. It starts with a one-time code (OTP) from your SACCO administrator.

7. Whichever you pick, the pattern is the same: enter an amount or your PIN, check the details and the fee on screen, then confirm — and # always takes you back one screen.

Note: Savings is money you pay in and take out; shares are your stake in the SACCO. They have separate balances.

Common pitfalls & FAQ

• It asks for a PIN I don't have. Reply 4 for Create / Reset PIN, set one, then dial again.
• I picked the wrong option. Reply # to go back one screen, or let the session end and dial again.
• My amount was refused. Each account has a smallest and largest amount set by your SACCO. The menu shows the limits that apply.
• One of my accounts is missing. Fixed deposit accounts are never listed under savings, and an account must be active to appear. Ask your SACCO if something you expect is not there.
