Step-by-step

Open the member app and sign in — see How to sign in to the member app.
Under My Savings and Credits, tap your SACCO to open it.
Under My Contributions, tap See Details. Your savings open, with one card for each savings account you hold.

Then read each part of the card:

Product Name and Account Number. The savings product your SACCO opened for you, and the account number money is paid into.
Total Balance. Everything held in the account.
Reserved Balance. Money the SACCO is holding back, often as security against a loan. You can't withdraw it.
Available Balance. Total Balance minus Reserved Balance — what you can take out today.
Status. Active means the account is open and in use.
